Chicken Salad Tray: Our Chicken Salad Tray is made with toasted almonds. grapes, sweet pickles, and mayonnaise. Two pounds of "fancy" chicken salad is served on a bed of leafy lettuce and arranged attractively on a 12" tray. The cost is $24.00. Additional fancy chicken salad may be purchased for $5.80 per pound. See below for additional salad pricing.
Tex Mex Tray: Our Tex Mex is a layered dip consisting of a bottom layer of spicy bean dip, a layer of guacamole, another layer of spicy sour cream spread, topped with chopped onions, black olives, tomatoes and lots of cheddar cheese. This is one of our most popular zesty appetizers and it is always a hit. We offer two sizes of our Tex Mex: $22 for a 12" tray which serves 30-40 and $40.00 for an 18" tray which serves 60-70.
Cheese Balls: We offer two kinds of cheese balls -- a traditional cheddar cheese mixture, or a mixture of cream cheese, chipped beef and horseradish. Cheese balls may be rolled in any one o the following: pecan pieces, chipped beef or parsley. They are $8.50 a pound.
Pineapple cheese Spread: Our Pineapple Cheese Spread is a delightful mixture of cream cheese, pineapple, pecans, green pepper, and onion displayed in two halves of a pineapple, topped with chopped pecans and served on a tray with fruit garnish. One half pineapple serves 25 and is
$18. 00. Two halves serve 50 and the price is $30.00. Additional pineapple cheese may be purchased for $8.50 per pound.
Salmon Mousse: A distinctive spread, our Salmon Mousse is sure to be a crowd pleaser. The mousse is prepared in an attractive fish mold shape and displayed on a tray covered with fresh leaf lettuce and garnished with slivered almonds. The cost is $34.00.
Watermelon Basket: Decorative basket made from the melon, filled with fresh fruit salad. $48

Brie with Chutney: Wheel of Soft Brie Cheese filled with Apricot Jelly and Chutney and decorated with Dried Fruits and Cashews. The cost per wheel is $30.00.
Brie with Pesto, Sun-dried tomatoes and Pine Nuts: Wheel of Soft Brie Cheese filled with basil pesto and decorated with Sun-dried tomatoes and Pine nuts. The cost per wheel is $30.00
Party Sub: 3 foot sub includes ham, turkey, salami, Swiss and American Cheeses, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion and Italian Dressing. $48.00. Sub serves 20-24.

Our homemade chicken salad and pimiento cheese are two of the most popular items we offer.
Chicken Salad comes as "Fancy"--Our basic chicken salad recipe with the addition of almonds and grapes or "Plain"--our great homemade recipe without grapes and nuts.
We get four generous sandwiches per pound in our deli. If you are buying the salads for finger sandwiches you can estimate 6-8 sandwiches per pound, which cut into quarters will give you 24-32 pieces.
