Shaffer's has been serving the Shenandoah Valley since 1952 with our famous
Chicken, Beef and Pork Barbecue. In 1990 we opened a full catering kitchen and deli to offer our delicious home style cooking.
We provide many levels of service to suit your needs. Whether you just want to pick up a few items from our deli or need full service catering, we can custom design the perfect menu for the occasion.
We offer a large selection of hot and cold appetizers, picnic items, homemade deli salads, entrees, side dishes, freshly baked rolls, pies, cakes, cookies and desserts. We can also prepare your favorite family recipes.

Shaffer's can provide professional service for any size or type of occasion... Whether a family reunion, wedding rehearsal dinner or reception, corporate picnic, board meeting, pharmaceutical luncheon or dinner, church or school function, baby shower, anniversary or birthday party or holiday dinner, we are happy to provide customized quotes for full service catering, delivery of food only or food for pick-up. We can also assist you with any rentals you need for your event including: tents, tables, chairs, dance floors, linens, dishes, glassware, silverware and more!
